Saturday Boredom Busters

     Outdoor lovers will want to head inside to the Sioux Falls Convention Center for the Sioux Empire Sportsmen's Show.
     The show features 200 exhibits of the latest model of boats and RV's, plus seminars by fishing and hunting pros.
     Today's hours are from 10 am to 9 pm.
     Sunday's hours are 10 am to 6 pm.
     Admission is $7 for adults, $2.50 for kids, free for ages 5 and under.

     Enjoy the heart-pounding science adventure Tornado Alley now playing at the Wells Fargo CineDome at the Washington Pavilion in downtown Sioux Falls.
     Show times are at noon and 4 pm.
     Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for children.

     The Sioux Falls Roller Dollz take on the Sioux City Roller Dames in their season home-opener at the Multi-Cultural Center in downtown Sioux Falls.
     The doors open at 6 pm, they roll at 7 pm.
     Tickets are $12 for adults, free for kids 10 and under.
     Proceeds go to Sk8 the State, a charity that raises awareness about Multiple Sclerosis.

     Bring you entire family to a Bully Prevention Rally at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.
     Say NO! to Bullying goes from 3:30 to 4:30 pm and includes speakers plus an opportunity for kids design their own bullying prevention t-shirts.    
     The cost is $5, kids 10 and under are free.
     All proceeds will go to local efforts to stop bullying.

     The Sioux Falls VA is hosting a Service of Remembrance honoring veterans who have recently passed away.
     The service is at 1:30 pm in the front foyer.

     South Dakota children's author Wanda Day will hold a book signing at the Main Branch of Siouxland Libraries in downtown Sioux Falls.
     The book signing goes from 1:30 to 3 pm.
