Saturday Boredom Busters

SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Get ready to hit the links this spring and summer during the Great Plains Golf Expo at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.
The expo includes free PGA golf lessons, a $10-thousand dollar putting contest both today and Sunday, more than $25-thousand in discounted golf merchandise for sale, plus a re-gripping station and on-site custom club fitting. 

Comedians Chris Coccia and Deacon Gray perform tonight as part of Laugh4YOUth at Lorang Theatre on the O'Gorman High School campus.
The program begins at 7:30 pm and is a fundraiser for Here4YOUth, an after-school and out-of-school program for students with special needs.
Tickets are $27.50.

Lace up the skates, grab a stick and take part in a Beginners Adult Pond Hockey Tournament at McHardy Park in Brandon.
The tournament goes from noon to 4 pm and is open to all beginner-level men and women players.
The entry fee is $5 a player or $15 for a team.

The Lennox Sundstrom FFA Chapter is hosting a benefit Pancake Feed from 7 am to 12:30 pm at the Lennox Middle School cafetorium.
Your free-will donation will go to the Feeding South Dakota Backpack Program, the Lennox Area Community Foundation and the Lennox High School Memorial Garden.

Discuss important issues with Sioux Falls-area lawmakers during the final Legislative Coffee of the session today.
The coffee goes from 10 am to noon at the Holiday Inn City Centre in downtown Sioux Falls.

The Sioux Falls Roller Dollz are hosting a Bounce Around for kids of all ages at the Mult-Cultural Center in downtown Sioux Falls.
The Bounce Around goes from 11 am to 4 pm and also includes face painting, a coloring table, bean bags and ladder golf.
Your $5 admission will go to the Roller Dollz travel fund.

Join Clifford the Big Red Dog at Book Blast! at the Empire Mall.
It includes book readings, crafts and fun from 10 am to noon

Stan Houston Equipment is hosting a Woodworking Show at 12th and Marion in Sioux Falls from 8 am to 3:30 pm.
They'll be showing off the latest in power tools and having woodworking demonstrations.
