Sanford Health is looking to serve patients in the North Dakota and Montana oil fields.
The health care system announced a new service on Tuesday. It will send two mobile clinics up north and also have a modular clinic that will initially be in Watford City.
The mobile clinics will provide services such as physicals and health screenings. It will see patients for acute care needs, lab work and X-rays, just to name a few.
The project will cost $2.7 million, with annual operating expenses of $4.8 million.
