BELLEFONTE, PA -
The case that shed new light on sexual abuse in athletics will have it's first day in court Tuesday.
Former Penn State University Assistant Football Coach Jerry Sandusky faces more than 50 sexual abuse charges against boys as young as 10 years old.
He will face his accusers and witnesses in a Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, courtroom Tuesday. The proceedings are being held to decide whether there is enough evidence for a trial.
Sandusky has the option to waive the hearing but his attorney said they want to lock in witness testimony and find out what evidence is out there.
Sandusky has denied the charges.
