A former Sioux Falls car dealer is facing several charges in Iowa City, Iowa, for trying to force a coworker to perform sex acts in a porta potty during a University of Iowa football game.
Ronald Jeffrey Williams, who is known as Jeff Williams and works for Billion Automotive at its dealerships in Iowa City, is facing kidnapping, sexual abuse and indecent exposure charges following an incident that happened on September 7 in a parking lot outside Kinnick Stadium.
Williams was arrested and made his first court appearance on the charges Tuesday, December 10 in Iowa City.
Court documents say Williams and the victim in the case both work for Billion Automotive in Iowa City and were tailgating together at the Billion Automotive booth in the parking lot.
A police affidavit says Williams followed the alleged victim into a porta potty. Williams locked himself inside the porta potty with the woman and tried to force her to perform oral sex. The documents go on to say Williams' coworker refused and then Williams proceeded to lift up her shirt.
A friend in a nearby porta potty heard what was going on and asked what was happening. That's when Williams and the woman both walked out of the porta potty.
Williams is out of jail after posting the $25,000 cash bond on Tuesday.
Williams used to own the Williams Automotive used car dealership on Louise Avenue in Sioux Falls. That dealership closed in 2010.
Williams has not returned a phone message for comment.
Billion Automotive has not returned a call from KELOLAND News seeking comment, as well.
