Report: Shooting Involving MN Deputy Justified
January 24, 2012, 6:14 PM
PIPESTONE, MN -
The investigation is complete and authorities have determined a Pipestone County Sheriff's Deputy was justified in shooting a man last October.
Deputy Michael LaRock responded to a domestic disturbance involving a man with a meat cleaver at a Minnesota home.
Authorities say LaRock attempted to use a taser; when that didn't work, he fired the gun.
LaRock has returned from administrative leave to full duty.
