Rep. Noem To Address Class Graduating From USD

U.S. Rep. Kristi Noem is giving thekeynote address Saturday at the University of South Dakota's 36th winter commencement ceremony.
The South Dakota Republican will address more than 470 students receiving degrees at the school in Vermillion.
