United States Republican Congresswoman Kristi Noem says she is still trying to decide if she will vote for the budget deal on Thursday.
Noem says she is still researching the proposal. However, she says she likes the fact that sequester cuts for the military will be eased under the plan.
She also likes the certainty a two-year budget will bring - avoiding the possibility of a government shutdown or another Congressional crisis.
The House is scheduled to vote on the deal Thursday afternoon.
