Authorities have posted an updated photo of the South Dakota sex offender who prompted a warning from the Department of Corrections this week.
Ed Morris was released from the South Dakota State Prison Tuesday after serving his full sentence for a Spink County rape. Authorities say he has a history of targeting children and people with developmental disabilities and is likely to offend again.
The photo you see on this story is the one you'll find on the South Dakota Sex Offender Registry. It also lists his address as the Union Gospel Mission in Sioux Falls.
