Registration Deadline Approaching For Events Center Vote
SIOUX FALLS, SD - Next Monday is the deadline to register to vote in the special events center election.

If you are not a registered voter, you can do so at the Sioux Falls City Clerk's office in Carnegie Town Hall.

You can also register at the Minnehaha or Lincoln County Auditor's offices.

There are other state offices that also offer voter registration services and ways you can check to see if you are registered.

Voter registration is available at offices providing driver’s licenses, welfare assistance, military recruitment and assistance to the disabled.  Voters can also mail-in registration forms they find at the South Dakota Secretary of State's website

To check if you are registered to vote, check the SOS website or call Minnehaha County Auditor at (605) 367 4220 or the Lincoln County Auditor at (605) 764-2581.

Sioux Falls voters will decide if they approve of plans for a $115 million events center on November 8.
