A record breaking weekend at the Sioux Empire Sportsmen's Show must be a sure sign people in KELOLAND are looking forward to warmer weather.
Organizers at the event saw a huge turnout as people look to find the latest in sportsmen's gear, campers, boats, vacation packages and all things outdoors.
Attendance was so big, even organizers were surprised.
"Our attendance last year was so good. I really didn't think we'd beat it. Sometimes, close is good enough. But we beat it every single day. So, we are just crazy excited about the results and we can't wait to see what's going to happen today," event organizer Barry Cenaiko said.
Seminars are also held throughout the weekend and you could even cast a line for some trout.
Organizers say they'll start planning next year's event in just a few weeks.
