Rain Helps Ease Drought Concerns

Thanks to all of our recent rain, Sioux Falls is no longer considered "abnormally" dry.

The area still with that label in South Dakota is shrinking and no longer includes Minnehaha County and northern Lincoln County.

The area in a "moderate" drought, which is in the far southeast corner, has also shrunk considerably.
