PREVIEW: Jackrabbit Men Look To Keep Momentum Going In Tournament
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

The SDSU Men’s Basketball Team looks to keep the momentum going in their quest for a third Summit League Championship in a row. The Jackrabbits had no problem with the Leathernecks on Sunday, defeating Western Illinois 71-50.

Up next for the Jackrabbits are the Mastodons of IPFW on Monday at 8:30. The teams split the regular season series, both winning on their home courts. SDSU won the first game in Brookings, 79-51. The Mastodons took the second game in Fort Wayne, 82-75.

Like SDSU, the Mastodons made easy work of their first round opponent, dispatching IUPUI 85-47 on Saturday.

IPFW finished their regular season with a 23-9 record. They are paced by Luis Jacobo who’s averaging 15.1 points a game.

The winner moves on to the Championship Game on Tuesday at 8 p.m.
