Police Search For Bank Robbers In Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, SD -
Sioux Falls police hope footprints in the snow help them catch up with two bank robbers.
Police were called to the Service First Credit Union on South Kiwanis Avenue Monday afternoon after two men entered the bank and demanded money. One of the suspects was believed to be armed with a handgun. People inside the bank say the men's faces were covered and they were wearing dark clothing.
The men were last seen running north, away from the bank.
The investigation is ongoing and citizens with information are encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 367-7007.

Hand County authorities say the 81-year-old Pierre man who had been missing since Sunday morning was found dead.

The Hand County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Leroy Nye, who was last seen at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 18.
