Police Find The Body Of Nine-Year-Old

GARRETSON, SD -

Deputies have confirmed that they have found the body of nine-year-old Joey Cavallaro. According to authorities, Cavallaro drowned.

He was found by the rescue diving team around 9:30 a.m. The Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office says Cavallaro was swimming by himself when he drowned.

Joey Cavallaro was reported missing Friday around 7 p.m. He was last seen at Split Rock Park.
