Two people were arrested for breaking into a rural Pierre home after the homeowners found them sleeping in their basement.
Police say the homeowners heard a noise about 4 a.m. Wednesday. They discovered that their door had been forced open and the suspects were in the basement.
That 25-year-old Cody Hosman and 23-year-old Stephanie Howard, both of Pierre, were charged with unlawful occupancy.
