THOMAS, SD -
Authorities responded to a one-vehicle rollover three miles northeast of Thomas, SD on Friday afternoon.
The 22-year-old driver had swerved to miss an animal on the road and went into the ditch, rolling the vehicle.
There were two other occupants in the vehicle at the time. They were all taken to the hospital.
All three were not wearing their seatbelts and speed was a factor in the crash.
The Hamlin County Sheriff’s office is investigating and charges are pending.
