The old CNA Surety building in downtown Sioux Falls will be going to the highest bidder on Thursday.
A Chicago-based national auction company is taking sealed bids on the building at 101 S. Phillips Ave.
The building has been sitting empty since CNA moved into its new facility along the Big Sioux River last May.
The building sold for $10 million in 2002. It is currently owned by G.E. Capital.
Bidders must include a ten percent deposit along with their bids and can expect an answer in 24 hours.
G.E. Capitol has reserved the right to negotiate with the winning bidder.
