A new strip mall in southern Sioux Falls won't have any "for lease" signs when it's complete.
The DaVita Dialysis Center is moving from Avera McKennan's campus on Cliff Avenue in Sioux Falls into 8,000 square feet of the Remington Retail strip mall.
The $1.2 million dialysis center will open by the first of the year just west of the Kum & Go at the intersection of 69th Street and Western Avenue. DaVita Dialysis has 2,000 locations in 49 states.
It's one of eleven businesses going into the Remington Retail mall. A Beef 'O' Brady's restaurant will open next month and a gourmet cheese shop has also announced it will open next door. The other businesses have not been made public yet.
