An area of Sioux Falls that is filling up with houses, but doesn't have many services, is attracting the attention of developers.
Peska Construction plans to build a new restaurant on the southwest corner of W. 26th Street and S. Ellis Road. The General Manager of Peska Construction, Patrick McGinnis, says it will be a sports bar/restaurant, but it's too early to release the details yet. There are also plans to put a strip mall and bank at the intersection in western Sioux Falls.
