Murder Suspect McVay Back In Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, SD -
The man accused of killing a Sioux Falls woman as part of a plot to kill the president is back in South Dakota.
James McVay was arrested in Madison, Wisconsin, July 2 after an OnStar system in the victim's car located it in the city.
He was being held in the Dane County, Wisconsin, jail awaiting extradition and waived his right to a hearing Tuesday.
Wednesday, the Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office warrant Task Force and a member from the Sioux Falls Police SWAT team transported McVay to Sioux Falls.
A Minnehaha County grand jury also indicted McVay Wednesday on two alternative counts of first degree murder and four alternative counts of first degree burglary.
His arraignment is yet to be scheduled.
