Multiple Pursuits End In Arrests

December 17, 2011, 10:30 AM by Erin Mangen

SIOUX FALLS, SD - Sioux Falls Police arrested two people following two different pursuits around 4 a.m. Saturday morning.

The first pursuit began after an officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation in southwest Sioux Falls. A female who ran from the vehicle was caught and arrested for possession of drugs. She was identified as Nicole Gerry of Sioux Falls.

The investigation then led to a trailer park on Western Avenue. The vehicle in question pulled into the lot, resulting in another short pursuit. He fled on foot but was arrested and identified as Jarvis Bason, also a resident of Sioux Falls.

Bason was charged with possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, fleeing police, driving on revoked license and possession of drugs.
