A South Dakota woman whose baby daughter died in a case authorities say involved a teenage boy shaking the child is now charged with raping a boy.
Bond is set at $100,000 for 28-year-old April Solles, who made her first court appearance Tuesday. She is accused of raping a 14-year-old boy last year.
A 14-year-old boy is charged with second-degree murder in the December death of Solles' 1-year-old daughter. The boy hasn't been identified because of his age. His case is being handled in juvenile court, which is closed to the public.
