More and more people are spending their time looking at homes in KELOLAND.
Brad Anderson with Ameristar Realtors is out at open houses almost every weekend. He says he believes theses low mortgage rates are pushing people out.
Each weekend he is seeing more people interested in buying homes this year.
"The traffic has been good, probably six to seven couples per open house which is quite good," Anderson said.
Anderson says the nice weather also plays a role in getting interested buyers out each weekend.
