More Flying Frontier Out Of Sioux Falls

More people are flying Frontier out of Sioux Falls.  While the discount airlines announced it's grounding flights out of Sioux City, Iowa, Frontier continued to add passengers in Sioux Falls.

Frontier offers daily flights to Denver from Sioux Falls and they are 92 to 93 percent full.  In July, 272 more passengers were on Frontier planes than in May.

Frontier flies the same size aircraft out of Sioux City and Sioux Falls, an Airbus A319.  But Frontier only offered flights three times a week out of Sioux City.

Frontier passenger boardings out of Sioux Falls this summer:

May       3,697
June      3,825
July       3,969
