Mild Weather Brings People To Tuthill Park

Mild Weather Brings People To Tuthill Park
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Temperatures were a brisk 24 degrees in Sioux Falls Sunday afternoon, but many say, it could be colder.

Tuthill Park filled with sledders of all ages on Sunday, enjoying this weekend's mild weather. But, for many who were taking the trek up and down the big hill, they say they wouldn't mind seeing the mercury drop a little lower.

“I don't mind if it's a little colder. But today's nice too. More snow would be a plus," Scott Satadheim said, as he went sledding with his two young children.

And young sledding experts say Tuthill Park is the place to be when it comes to speed.

“You get to fly off the bumps really hard," 12-year-old Grant Edwards said.

And those bundled up at the park today say, they'll keep coming back as long as Mother Nature allows.
