The Montana-Dakota Utilities Company says its natural gas customers can expect to spend about $225 more than last year for winter heating this season.
The company said the price outlook doesn't include any extreme cold snaps that could affect supply and demand through March.
MDU provides service to about 52-thousand natural gas customers in 47 communities in South Dakota.
