Man Pleads Not Guilty To Driving Drunk With Child

A Rapid City man has pleaded not guilty to driving drunk with a 4-year-old child in the front seat of the vehicle.
Thirty-year-old Justin Tobacco could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted of aggravated child abuse.
Tobacco also was charged with driving under the influence, hit and run and reckless driving after the incident in which authorities say he hit several vehicles and crashed in a ditch, resulting in minor injuries to the child.
