Man In Custody After Fatal MN Crash
STEEN, MN -

A Brandon, SD man is in custody after a vehicle and bicycle crash north of Steen, MN.

Just before 11:30 a.m., 25-year-old Christopher Michael Weber was traveling east on State Highway 270 near Steen, MN when his truck collided with a woman who was riding eastbound on a bicycle with a passenger trailer.

33-year-old Andrea Boeve, of Steen, MN, died in the crash. A four-year-old girl and one-year-old girl, who were riding in the trailer attached to the bike, suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Boeve was wearing a helmet.

Weber was arrested for criminal vehicular homicide and is in custody in Nobles County, MN.
