A Groton man died in an early morning crash on Friday.
The Highway Patrol says 48-year-old Phillip Adler was driving west on U.S. Highway 12 when his mini-van veered into the right ditch and hit a field approach. Adler was wearing a seatbelt but died at the scene.
The Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
