Man Arrested For DUI May Be In Russian Mafia
July 23, 2001, 4:17 PM
Here's a strange one from Western South Dakota. A man arrested in Butte County for drunk driving in a truck might have ties to the Russian mafia.
The Lawrence County sheriff says that's what an investigation indicates. Mikhail Mukhin is in jail charged with false impersonation with intent to deceive police.
Mukhin was identified through an F.B.I. fingerprint check. U.S. immigration officials have placed a hold on him.
