Making A Difference

December 14, 2012, 4:52 PM by Shawn Neisteadt

Making A Difference
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

This is the season of giving.  And Friday, that's spilling over into drive thru restaurants all over KELOLAND.  Friday is Make A Difference Day.  It's your chance to put a smile on a stranger's face and perhaps brighten their entire holiday season.

Here's how to participate.  Simply visit the Make A Difference page of KELOLAND.com to get all the instructions and a form to download and print.

When you print that form, you're ready for the fun part.  Take it with you to the drive thru of any local restaurant or coffee shop.  When in line, hand the form to the clerk and pay for your purchase and the person's behind you.  Then the clerk will hand the slip to the person behind you to let them know about the good deed.

If you take part by purchasing a meal for someone else or benefit from Drive Thru Difference Day, we want to hear about it.  Just go back to the Make A Difference Day page and fill out the form or we've started a post on our KELOLAND Facebook page where people are sharing their stories.
