One of the biggest Christian music festivals will sound off in Worthing, South Dakota this weekend. And while LifeLight officials are setting up for Friday's big jam session, they're also keeping on eye on the heat.
The music will start at 4 p.m. Friday on the main stage. But before that, you’ll find crews out testing the equipment to make sure they have a flawless weekend.
Weather is a concern for the people coming to LifeLight. Officials say they are taking extra precautions to keep people cool this year.
This is the 16th year of the festival. It started in a little church backyard and now, it’s grown to one of the world’s largest free outdoor music festivals.
Perry Groten caught up with a couple from Arizona who made the trip for the concert; that story later on KELOLAND News.
