A Scotland man has been given a mandatory life sentence in the death of his infant son.
In January, Chris Miller was convicted in the death of 4-month-old Jacob Miller by a Turner County jury.
Emergency responders were called to the Miller home in Scotland on March 3, 2011, when the baby wasn't breathing. He was taken to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a severe skull fracture and bleeding on the brain.
