KELO News Camera In Court For Moeller Hearing
Donald Moeller

SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Convicted killer Donald Moeller is expected to appear in court Wednesday morning for a hearing to set his execution date.

Moeller was convicted in 1997 for the second time for the 1990 rape and murder of nine-year-old Becky O'Connell.

He was sentenced to death but Moeller has been appealing his sentence for nearly 15 years.  The United States Supreme Court affirmed Moeller's conviction last month.

KELOLAND News has been granted access to have a camera inside the courtroom for Wednesday's hearing, and we will livestream it on KELOLAND.com starting at 11 a.m.
