Justin Jordan Pleads Guilty To Manslaughter Charges

A 20-year-old northeast South Dakota man accused of killing a man and putting his body in a cistern pleaded guilty in Clark County Court.
More serious charges were dropped against Justin Jordan in exchange for his plea to first-degree manslaughter and first-degree burglary. Jordan could get up to life in prison for manslaughter and up to 25 years for burglary when he's sentenced.
He's accused of killing Michael Lauseng last August. His body was found at an abandoned farm two months after he disappeared.
Both men are from Henry in northeast South Dakota.
