Judge Sentenced To Jail Time

SIOUX FALLS, SD -
A Rapid City Judge will serve two days in jail for his second DUI.
Mark Marshall appeared in a Minnehaha County Courtroom on Friday. He pleaded guilty to driving drunk on October 23 and apologized for his actions. When troopers arrested him, he was going the wrong way down Interstate 229 and his blood alcohol content was .171.
Marshall was given no plea deal. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail, with 90 days suspended. Marshall was given credit for a 28 day inpatient treatment program leaving two days to serve. Marshall will begin serving that time Friday afternoon.
