RAPID CITY, SD -
An arraignment for a 28-year-old Rapid City woman accused of having an illicit sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy has been delayed.
April Solles is charged with three counts of fourth-degree rape and two counts of sexual contact with a child under 16.
The Pennington County State's Attorney's Office has recused 7th Circuit Judge Mary Thorstenson from the case.
Thorstenson was scheduled to handle Solles' arraignment Tuesday. No reason was given for Thorstenson being recused from the case.
A new judge has not been assigned.
