Testimony has wrapped up in a Huron rape trial, and the judge has dismissed one of the charges against Werner Fajardo.
The state's witnesses included medical experts and Fajardo's three alleged victims.
The girls testified that the Huron bar owner raped them after serving them alcohol including shots of vodka.
The judge dismissed one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, but Fajardo still faces several other charges.
Defense lawyers brought two witnesses to the stand, including the suspect's brother.
Closing arguments will get underway Friday afternoon. Each side will have 45 minutes. The case should be in the hands of the jury later Friday afternoon.
