PIERRE, SD -
South Dakota lottery officials say a jackpot-winning Dakota Cash ticket was sold in Sioux Falls.
The winning ticket in Saturday's drawing is worth $100,406. The odds of winning the jackpot are one in about 325,000. Dakota Cash is played only in South Dakota.
A Powerball ticket worth $10,000 and a Wild Card 2 ticket worth $5,000 in Saturday's drawings also were sold in South Dakota. Lottery officials say the Powerball ticket was sold in Sioux Falls and the Wild Card 2 ticket was sold in Aberdeen. The winners have about six months to claim their prizes.
Powerball is played in most states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Wild Card 2 is played in the Dakotas, Montana and Idaho.
