HULL, IA -
A worker critically injured in a northwest Iowa construction accident remains in a South Dakota hospital intensive care unit.
Sioux County deputies say that 28-year-old Raul Robles, of Hawarden, Iowa, was installing new rafters on a building project in Hull, Iowa, on Friday when he fell from a platform about 23 feet onto a concrete floor.
Robles was taken by ambulance to a nearby rural hospital and later flown to Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, where he remained in intensive care Saturday morning.
