SPENCER, IA -
A Spencer, Iowa man is charged with seven counts of incest tonight.
The Clay county sheriff's office arrested 47-year-old Dean Bond at his home Monday afternoon.
They say an investigation found he fathered a child with a relative between May 2009 and March 2010.
He's been released on bond.
