It's the number 4 killer of Americans, yet many strokes could've been prevented. On this edition of Inside KELOLAND, a look ahead to Stroke Awareness month, the warning signs and preventative action you can take.  Plus some of the medical procedures taking place now in South Dakota that can greatly improve a stroke victims' chance at survival. 
We'll also have an update on Lunch is Served.  

And a former Rapid City Mayor shares his story on how he overcame stuttering and the book, I Fled, that he wrote to help others who stutter.
