RAPID CITY, SD -
An Illinois man caught with more than 10 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle during a traffic stop in South Dakota has been ordered to serve 10 days in jail.
Thirty-seven-year-old Jonathan Zupkus of Donovan, Illinois, was arrested August 26 near Rapid City and later pleaded guilty to possessing more than 10 pounds of the drug, a felony that could have landed him in prison for 15 years.
