SIOUX FALLS, SD -

The Ice Sports Association announced Tuesday afternoon that it will hold a press conference on Thursday morning at 10:30 a.m. to provide an overall project update for the new community ice facility. In a release the ISA also says the group will announce major funding milestones have been reached.

In addition to ISA officials, Sioux Falls Mayor Mike Huether, City Council and City staff, Sanford officials, project donors, user group representatives and other community leaders are expected to be on-hand.

The press conference will take place at the Sanford Sports Complex north of the Ramkota hotel, along Westport Avenue between Benson Road and West 54th Street. Parking is available in the football field parking lots, to the east of the newly-completed Sanford Fieldhouse.
