HAYTI, SD -
A Clear Lake man is missing and presumed drowned after driving an all-terrain vehicle into open water on Lake Poinsett in eastern South Dakota.
Hamlin County Sheriff Dan Mack says three men were ice fishing Monday night when one of them headed to shore and didn't make it. Members of a dive rescue team were called in but were hampered by snow and poor visibility. Search efforts were resuming Tuesday morning.
The 45-year-old man was not immediately identified.
