Huron Ban A Topic On 'The Talk'

The Huron ban sparked a lot of discussion on Wednesday's episode of "The Talk."

Julie Chen: A South Dakota town has issued one tough crackdown on drivers. It's not only illegal to text while driving, now it's also illegal to eat when you are behind the wheel.  City officials say they want to put a stop to any kind of distraction that could cause accidents.  The new rule starts in the new year.  Can eating while driving be distracting?
Sheryl Underwood: No! (Laughter)

The women questioned whether the measure goes too far, but most seemed to agree that eating and driving can be a distraction.
