House Fire In Rural Minnesota

Officials are investigating the cause of a house fire in Kenneth, Minnesota.

It happened just before 10 p.m. Sunday night on 231 Parks Street.

Several agencies from different cities responded and there were flames and smoke on approach.

Authorities say most of the fire was coming from the attic when they arrived and losing this home was not an option.

“We are a small town. We don’t want to lose anything that we have already,” Kenneth fire chief Derek Sandbulte said

No one was home at the time of the fire and no one was injured.
