Home sales in Sioux Falls continued their upward climb in February. They're selling faster and for more money.
The median sales price increased two percent to $146,000. And homes are spending less time on the market for an average of 85 days.
Closed sales year-to-date are up nearly 50 percent and sellers are getting nearly 96 percent of their asking price.
More expensive homes have been selling better in the last year. Those priced between $200,000 and $300,000 saw an increase in sales of more than 50 percent.
