Home Sales And Prices Up In June

It remains a seller's market for homes in the Sioux Falls area. According to the Realtor Association of The Sioux Empire pending sales were up 25 percent in June. Homes also sold quicker with days on the market down nearly 11 percent.  

More people are putting their homes up for sale. New listings in the Sioux Falls region increased 1.4 percent to 591 homes on the market.  

The median sales price in the four county area is also up nearly 4 percent to $159,950.
